Refund policy
At Zero Star all products that we sell are made to order meaning we do not keep any extra inventory, for that reason we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse (wrong size, do not like the color, no longer want the product, etc). We do accept exchanges for damaged products (bad print, defective product, a stain on the product, etc) or products that do not arrive. Any claims for damaged products need to be submitted within 21 days of the products arrival. Any claims for products lost in transit must be submitted no later than 21 days after the products expected delivery date.
